Troubleshooting
Before starting to fix an issue, it important you first check there isn't an issue our end, so you don't waste your time trying to fix something you won't be able to fix from the information here.
You can do this by checking the Signal group. If you haven't already joined, it's essential you do.
You won't find solutions to server and app issues on the website, and you will lose your service at some point without reading and implementing the information posted there.
To join the group first download the app from the Play Store/App Store , and follow the onscreen instructions to set it up. Once setup, click the Signal group link we provided with your paid subscription username and password email.
Can't find it?
Simple type IPTV in the search of you email client.
If there is no posts stating there is an issue, which will normally be the case, then this is an issue your end you need to fix.
Below is every possible issue and how to fix it
There are only a few possible reasons your service could be down
or not letting you log in.
Please check them all.
Refreshing Channels and EPG
The first thing to always try is the "Refresh Channels, Movie and series" option on the home screen under ease category. You can also repair the EPG by force downloading it from settings/EPG.
Does the device have a working internet connection?
If you are seeing "Network error" or "Error Code : on Failure" test the connection by going to the web browser or any internet based app on the device. If you don't check the Ethernet cable is connected or the WiFi is connected. Try resetting the router and device.
Is your VPN working?
Most issues come from your internet provider is blocking you from using IPTV. Everyone in the UK and US will definitely need a good VPN.
Please setup and connect your VPN to your nearest DMCA ignored country.

Please note just because it says connected does not mean it's actually working. The easy way to know if it is working at all times is with an app called Dot Monitor.
You can download this app by typing 912985 in to the orange Downloader app. Once installed just turn it on at the bottom of the screen, and you will now see a red or green square in the top right hand corner of the screen. Red means it's not working and tells you why you can't login etc. Green means it's working and you either typed the login details wrong, or it's expired.
Please not email us about this issue under any circumstances.
We can NOT fix your VPN for you, and there is no situation where the answer isn't on this page.
Username and Password
The most likely reason it won't let you login, if your VPN is working, is you entered the details incorrectly.
If you see the error "Invalid/expired details " then have either typed them incorrectly, the VPN doesn't work, or it's expired.
Please be careful with capital i's and lower case L's, in a lot of fonts they look the same, capital O's and the zero can look slimier, and Upper case and lower case K's.
All test and subs work 100% of the time and the login details have been copied and pasted direct from the server so they are not wrong. Please do not email saying the detail don't work they do.
Subscription Expiry
Has you subscription expired. Please check back in your email for the date you was sent the subscription and how long you paid for. If this was a test it expired 24 hours from when you was emailed it. If it has expired and you wish to continue please purchase a package from this website, or another free test.
Re-install the app
If all of the above is correct and it still won't work, you may need to reinstall the app.

Playback Error
If you are seeing "Playback error" then you may have also lost internet.
This can also be that the channel isn't live at present. Live events channels etc are only active when the event is being aired.
It may also be that the channel is down.

Correct App
You maybe on an old app, we have to chance these sometimes as the also get blocked, especially with logging in again with an expired then renewed subscription. Will will keep you informed of new apps in the telegram group.
The Server is Down
The server has had to be rebooted. Unfortunately this is a computer and occasionally it will need rebooting.
Estimated down time 10 mins. This will be posted in the Signal group when it's happening.
Having buffering issues?
This video walks you through a few things and settings you can try. The main reasons are you need to clear the cache from each app in Settings/Apps, or/and your router or/and device needs resetting, just pull the power for 30 secs.
